Licensed Representatives

Our investment advisory personnel hold appropriate FINRA registrations, including Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent), and Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law Examination). Our team also holds supervisory licenses (Series 9/10) and insurance licenses (Life, Health & Variable Annuity). The Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation reflects specialized training in business valuation and exit planning.

Fiduciary Standard

As a registered investment advisor, Aion Capital Intelligence LLC operates under a fiduciary standard. This means we are legally required to act in the best interest of our clients at all times. We have a duty of loyalty and a duty of care to every client we serve.

Fee Disclosure

Our fee structure varies by service tier. General pricing information is available on our Services pages. Specific fee schedules, including any applicable minimums, are discussed during the discovery call process and detailed in your advisory agreement and our Form ADV Part 2A.

Fees for the Ignite tier start at $49 per month. Fees for the Ascend, Architect, and Legacy tiers are based on a percentage of assets under management (AUM). All fees are negotiable and disclosed in advance of any advisory relationship.

AI and Technology Disclosure

Aion Capital Intelligence LLC uses artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to assist in portfolio analysis, financial planning, and client communications. These tools are used to augment — not replace — the judgment of our licensed human advisors.

All investment recommendations and decisions are reviewed and approved by a qualified human advisor before implementation. AI tools do not have autonomous authority to execute trades, modify financial plans, or make binding commitments on behalf of clients.
